My approach emphasizes affordable and delicious anti-inflammatory whole foods. I may recommend the inclusion or exclusion of certain foods and nutrients to treat disease and optimize health. I take a collaborative approach with you and the members of your healthcare team.
I specialize in Digestive Disorders: irritable bowel, celiac, Crohn's, colitis, SIBO, and gut health; Preventing/Managing Disease: heart, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, fatty liver, PCOS and osteoperosis; Weight Management including pre- and post-bariatric surgery; Eating Disorders; anti-inflammatory whole foods plant-forward to vegan.
What Nourishes You, LLC is a private practice setting that offers options not available in out-patient clinics. Our work together to prevent disease and restore health may even include a trip to the grocery store or a farmer's market!
