All clients are ideal...they come with their own individual nutrition issues. As a Registered Dietitian it is my hope that we can come up with a plan of action to meet their needs. By giving the client time to communicate what they have been dealing with and coming up with goals together....the support can come in a gentle and nurturing environment. Many clients come in not knowing what to expect or are scared of making changes. That is not unusual. Helping them see what they can accomplish and breaking it down into manageable pieces can decrease the anxiety of coming in.

Telehealth & In Person: I am a functional medicine dietitian dedicated to addressing the root cause with personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions. I partner with clients to create a targeted plan that suits their unique needs and goals and provide them with the tools to transform their health. In the process I help my clients learn how to listen to their bodies so they can provide their bodies with what they need & heal their relationship with food.

My goal is to help people include healthy eating habits and increase their awareness of the importance of health and nutrition. I love making a difference and knowing that I helped change someone's life in a positive way. There is nothing better than watching an individuals health and well being improve as a result of implementing healthy eating habits. I believe that education is the first step of disease prevention and treatment.
