There is nothing better than watching an individuals health and well being improve as a result of implementing healthy eating habits. I believe that education is the first step of disease prevention and treatment.

Telehealth & In Person: I am a functional medicine dietitian dedicated to addressing the root cause with personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions. I partner with clients to create a targeted plan that suits their unique needs and goals and provide them with the tools to transform their health. In the process I help my clients learn how to listen to their bodies so they can provide their bodies with what they need & heal their relationship with food.

Hi! I'm Morgan Goodstadt, and I am a Functional Registered Dietitian and the Founder + CEO of Good Nutrition. I combine my expertise in nutrition, human behavior, and functional medicine to help my clients improve their health, relationship with food, and overall wellbeing.

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

Health is a journey, not a destination. At my practice, Holistic Nutrition Center, we find the root cause of your health issues then we create a customized nutrition program that includes labs, in-depth health coaching, and whole food supplements.

All clients are ideal...they come with their own individual nutrition issues. As a Registered Dietitian it is my hope that we can come up with a plan of action to meet their needs. By giving the client time to communicate what they have been dealing with and coming up with goals together....the support can come in a gentle and nurturing environment. Many clients come in not knowing what to expect or are scared of making changes. That is not unusual. Helping them see what they can accomplish and breaking it down into manageable pieces can decrease the anxiety of coming in.
