I have worked as a registered dietitian nutritionist with families for 11 years now. I myself have 2 children and understand how important nutrition is as well as how hard it can be to balance nutrition within our busy lives. The age old questions of what’s for dinner really can hit when life is changing. I am able to provide nutrition education and counseling in various areas, with most experience in pregnancy nutrition, infant through preschool child nutrition, postpartum nutrition and weight loss. I strive to make healthy nutrition easier for everyone to incorporate into their lives.
