About
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping families find bliss around the table. As a mom myself, I understand the concerns that can come with feeding your child—we often ask ourselves questions like, Are they getting enough? Am I promoting healthy habits? These concerns are totally normal. I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone & are probably doing better than you think! Improving a child’s relationship with food starts with changing the way the family looks at mealtime, and I’m here to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and resources you need to nourish your littles today & set them up for a lifetime of success.
I help families confidently nourish themselves. Many parents were not taught how to have a good relationship with food or their body prior to having kids, so I help you learn that base knowledge and also raise a healthy and intuitive eater. I'll teach you how to make healthy choices for yourself that support your kiddos.
Much of my work focuses on releasing the burden on the parents, we openly discuss family feeding goals and get child buy-in with the work. I can also help transition children to whole-food blended tube feeding or help ensure good nutrition and weight gain while working to wean tube feedings.
