I am a registered dietitian and experienced nutrition therapist. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics at The University of Arizona and my dietetic internship through Iowa State University. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). I have nearly 10 years of experience working with eating disorders across all levels of care.
I have years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy to both adults and adolescents, and believe in a non-diet approach, working with each individual to incorporate variety, balance, moderation and flexibility. I am passionate about working alongside each individual to prioritize nutrition as a part of their life.
Through support and education, I work with individuals to develop a healthy relationship with food. I live in sunny Arizona with my husband and 2 children. I spend my time exploring the outdoors through camping, hiking, gardening and paddle boarding the local waters.
