Irina Belfer-Lehat RD., CDN founded the Nutrition Solutions firm on the premises that through education, young and old alike are empowered to make healthy choices for themselves and their families. My mission is to enable my clients to optimize their health through nutrition education. I will get my client through clutter and confusion to achieve a clear and scientific pathway to a better and healthier lifestyle.
My specialty areas include: Weight Management (Weight Loss, Weight Gain), Diabetes (Insulin Resistance), Cardiovascular (Low Sodium, and Low Cholesterol), Gastrointestinal (Celiac and Gluten Free), Kidney Disease, Prenatal, Pediatric and Food Allergies (Anti Inflammatory and Fodmap).
As a Registered, I offer one-on-one customized nutrition evaluation and meal plans. I don’t believe in drastic changes, I create small tweaks that promote long term lifestyle modifications. I accept major insurance, but if you are not covered, I keep my prices affordable.
