Lizzie received her bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. Prior to Allow Wellness, Lizzie has experience working in a residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care for eating disorder treatment. She also has experience in research, food insecurity and mental health acute care.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

The journey to health and wellness is not a "one size fits all approach," especially regarding gut health. Laura is known for her empathetic and client-centered approach, and she understands that each individual's gut health is unique and therefore takes a personalized approach to help her clients reach their goals. Her recommendations are rooted in the latest research and evidence-based practices, and she is constantly staying up-to-date on the latest findings in gut health.

My approach is centered on finding balance and nourishing the body in a way that is sustainable, rather than promoting restriction. Jane is a licensed registered dietitian. She completed her BS degree in Dietetics and her MS degree in Food and Nutrition at ISU. Jane enjoys personalizing nutrition therapy. She finds fulfillment in working with clients ready to make a change. In her spare time, Jane likes to watch old movies and ride her Peloton. She loves her rescue pets, CeCe and Heathcliff.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

I am a Registered dietitian and Integrative and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I have over 25 years experience in both academic and clinical dietetics. I have received the "Outstanding Woman Award" from the City of Chicago for my work as well as being named one of the top 10 dietitians in Chicago by Expertise.com. While traditional medicine treats the body as individual separate organs, as a Functional Medicine dietitian, I view the body as one integrated system.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Peggy is a registered and licensed dietitian. She graduated Cum Laude with a double major in biology and psychology from Loyola University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois, with her Dietetics degree and her Masters in Public Health. Peggy has counseled thousands of patients in an outpatient setting for over 22 years. By working with Peggy, you will gain increased clarity with not only your personal nutrition goals, but also the sometimes confusing and conflicting nutrition landscape. She provides one-on-one, personalized nutrition recommendations in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).

Dajana Marin is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a weight-neutral and non-diet approach. She completed her bachelor’s degree and supervised practice at Dominican University and is finishing her master’s degree in applied exercise science with a concentration in sports nutrition. Dajana has experience working in a clinical and private practice settings with diverse populations and conditions. She is passionate about helping her clients make lifelong sustainable changes through an intuitive eating approach. Her counseling style is calming, warm, open, and gently challenging.

Julia is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a commitment to helping individuals overcome eating disorders and cultivate a healthy relationship with food.
