Karen provides personalized nutrition counseling and coaching for adults and adolescents interested in weight loss or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle. She specializes in weight management, menopausal and hormonal barriers to weight maintenance, GI disorders, disease prevention, and healthy meal planning. Through a counseling partnership, she works to uncover the nutrition-related causes of health imbalances and identify the lifestyle changes required to achieve individual goals.

Angela Luciani holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Drexel University. As a clinical dietitian, Angela has extensive experience working with a variety of medical conditions - specializing specifically in weight loss, eating disorders (including Family Based Therapy), heart-healthy nutrition and much more.

Olena Zinshtein, founder of Key Nutrition LLC is a registered dietitian. Olena has been working with a variety of patient populations including but not limited to managing Diabetes, Heart disease, Renal disease, Gastrointestinal disorders, weight loss/gain, and food allergies. Olena works closely with her clients learning what their struggle with food is in order to help them establish a healthy relationship with food. She provides knowledge and tools for a long-term success in achieving client’s goals to fit personal lifestyle, health concerns, and food preferences. Olena practices medical nutrition therapy based on the latest evidence based research.
