By the time most of my clients reach out to me they have exhausted the traditional options and the information that Google provides. I want to help my clients treat and prevent with a balanced approach. My ideal client is someone that is looking for sustainable lifestyle changes in whatever area in their life that feels unbalanced. This can be managing unhealthy eating habits, GI issues including reflux, gastroparesis, fructose malabsorption, IBS, SIBO, auto-immune, picky eaters, or general health concerns like managing cholesterol and blood pressure.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, IBS, PCOS, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.
