My passion and nutrition related experience is in treating people who suffer from various types of eating disorders, addictions and other co-occurring disorders. I want to help clients establish a healthy relationship with food and their body in order to maintain long-term success in their recovery and how they view themselves.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.

Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. ELN specialized in working with children and adults struggling with an eating disorder. Kelly specializes in working with individuals struggling with binge eating, bulimia, orthorexia, and anorexia. With a background in mental health counseling Kelly integrates DBT and CBT tools to help patients towards recovery. Kelly takes a family based therapy approach in working with adolescents and teens.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, PCOS, and interested in Weight Management.
