Uhling Consulting is a group of Registered Dietitians (RDs) that offer medical nutrition therapy/nutrition counseling. We offer a private setting for one-on-one nutrition counseling. Our RDs implement evidence-based practice, along with professional judgment, in order to achieve optimum care and positive nutrition and health outcomes.

I have been a registered dietitian for 15 years specializing in eating disorders. I have a non-diet, Health At Every Size approach to helping my clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, yo-yo dieting, etc. attain peace with food and their bodies. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults in their pursuit of freedom from eating disorders. I work closely with therapists, psychiatric providers, medical providers, and families of clients to achieve a team approach and to support my clients the best way possible.
