I specialize in working with people who struggle with their body image and want to have a healthier relationship with food as well as reach their nutrition goals. My main clients are those men and women who are unsure where to start and are looking for guidance. Clients who might want to lose weight but have always been dieting and restricting and may suffer from an eating disorder. Clients who want to enjoy food again and reach their goals and understand how nutrition plays a role on their bodies.

I am also a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor as well as Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. My clients range from those who are chronically ill and dealing with challenges such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and injuries to those who are very healthy but want to be educated on how to improve their health further. I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.
