My primary focus is helping people shift their lifestyle choices to address nutrition-related health conditions. I have a personal weight-neutral approach, so I focus on your biomarkers of health (like blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids and inflammatory choices) rather than the number on the scale (weight is a lagging indicator - tends to correct once you're in-balance). My practice consists of individual programs & premium group offerings.

I am a Massachusetts Chinese Medicine doc and Licensed Dietitian. I studied Functional Medicine before it became a buzzword 15+ years ago, although no longer use much expen$ive testing. I have a special interest in the areas of digestive issues such as bloating, gas, diarrhea, IBD, IBS, and reflux. I get outstanding results. I am also really good at using Chinese Medicine to successfully treat many gynecological issues such as heavy bleeding, menopausal symptoms, pain during periods, and irregular periods. In addition I have excellent results with autoimmune and other inflammatory diseases such as cardiovascular and diabetes.
