Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. Rachel works with clients on individualized, science-backed dietary strategies to achieve sustainable, long-term health. She received her Master's in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and completed clinical training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Her nutrition philosophy is centered around optimizing the gut microbiome, the trillions of microorganisms inhabiting our gut. Christi (she/her) became a registered dietitian in 2019. She studied dietetics and dance at Michigan State University and completed a master’s degree in applied nutrition at Russell Sage College. She has helped clients with diabetes, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular disease, mental health conditions, and weight goals in addition to having experience providing care for the LGBTQ+ community. Christi takes a holistic approach to nutrition counseling, considering multiple aspects of health and well-being when prescribing diet advice.
