Nate Kelly is the Plum Spring Clinic nutrition expert and coach. He is a registered dietitian who obtained his Master of Public Health degree in nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has practiced as a dietitian for over 6 years and has earned an advanced certification in adult weight management. His extensive experience treating patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and gastrointestinal disorders provides a key component in the team approach utilized at Plum Spring Clinic. He employs many elements of functional medicine to create integrative and customized treatment programs.

I am highly committed to helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals. I provide individualized educational sessions to help each person better understand his/her body, metabolism, medical condition, and how nutrition and lifestyle behaviors can impact your health.
