When I initially pursued a career in nutrition I was drawn to the idea that something as basic as food could have such a profound effect on health. Now my goal is to provide my clients with the most up-to-date nutrition advice backed by science, so they can feel empowered around food (even if they have a chronic disease). I was born and raised in north Florida and now reside in central Florida with my husband, son, and dog.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Dietetics and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. In my nutrition counseling sessions, I like to get to know you and your interests along with your medical history so I can tailor the plan that is just right for you! Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

Michele is a Registered Licensed Dietitian with extensive experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I not only have years of professional experience, but I have years of life experience. I see you as an individual with unique circumstances and needs. I enjoy getting to know each client and working together to reach attainable, sustainable goals. I practice what I teach and I enjoy the reward of a healthy life. I enjoy hiking, biking and yoga as exercise. There is an activity for everyone (walking is a great one!). I also enjoy gardening and cooking (specialty with food hacks!).

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. Jennifer is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She completed her clinical internship at St. John's Hospital after graduating from Illinois State University. Jennifer is an expert in inpatient, outpatient and community medical nutrition therapy and diabetes education. Jennifer will help you identify simple ways to make significant changes to meet your healthcare goals. Jennifer has successfully assisted many thousands of individuals throughout her career. Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

She completed her internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in clinical nutrition, hospitals, outpatient clinics and dialysis centers. She is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Dawn’s appreciation for food started at an early age, while growing up and working in her family’s diner. This developed into a passion for nutrition and how food can help with healing and overall wellbeing.

Alex is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in both medical nutrition therapy and functional medicine. She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

Beth has been working for over five years as an inpatient, outpatient and long-term care Licensed Registered Dietitian. The possibilities to manage and prevent chronic disease with improved nutrition inspired Beth to begin a career in dietetics. A food lover at heart, Beth believes food must always taste good, therefore she loves to be creative with recipes to increase nutritional value. She helps guide her clients toward nutritious eating with the goal of nourishing the body to improve energy and quality of life.
