She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Health Loft who works collaboratively with clients to create life-long and sustainable changes. Brittany understands that change takes time and works with client’s to find this balance in nutrition and daily movement. Through open discussion during sessions, client's will learn how to establish daily patterns that ultimately create healthy habits for long-term success. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. Adena Is a Registered Dietitian who understands there is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to nutrition and takes pride in helping each patient develop a personalized plan that works for them. Adena focuses on balance through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes vs. a strict dieting approach.
