Clients I treat as individuals and there is not one protocol or approach for each person. I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.

Along the way, I will support you in a way to make you feel empowered to make the changes needed, and help you develop the behavior modification techniques to overcome your personal barriers.

Hello! I'm an integrative nutritionist, herbalist, and home chef who helps women understand what their symptoms are telling them and how to use food, herbs, and life habits to come back into balance. Clients come to me for a wide range of issues, but mainly fatigue, weight loss, constipation, IBS, anxiety, mild depression, as well as women wanting to age healthily and feed their families well (i.e. nourishing food without stress!).
