I've been a registered dietitian for over 17 years and for the last 12 years have worked with children and families to improve their health with practical approach. I enjoy working with families to provide tools and resources for raising happy and mindful eaters.

Annie is a Registered Dietitian who focuses on body attunement and gut health. Rooted in evidence based practice, Annie takes into consideration your personal preferences, medical history, financial situation, and more when working with clients to design a plan that is right for them. She believes there is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition care.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

I am a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is transgender, queer, neurodivergent, and recovered from my own eating disorders. I believe every client is truly unique and sees the world through their own lens. I work from a weight inclusive and social justice stance in striving to respect humans living in different body shapes, sizes, ages, genders, abilities, nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

I also offer nutrition counseling services to help you achieve your health goals whether or not you feel you have disordered eating patterns.

She understands food’s crucial role in balancing hormones and believes in the power of evidence-based research to guide her practice. Anne is particularly interested in the gut-brain connection and how it influences overall well-being. She emphasizes the importance of consuming whole foods that nourish the body and believes that access to nutritious food should be available to all.

Maria is a Registered Dietitian who strongly believes in improving physical, mental, and emotional health through nutrition. Maria enjoys using her clinical background to help others navigate their unique nutritional needs by providing individualized interventions.
