Hi, this is Jalpa Sheth, a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Health & Nutrition and special training in Adult Weight Management. Having worked as a Registered Dietitian in various settings ranging from critical care/ ICU at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, as well as bariatric center, dialysis center and community programs supporting pre- & post-natal women, I have had intensive experience in providing medical nutrition therapy for a wide range of medical conditions. Welcome, I am so glad you're here! I am a Registered Dietitian located in New Jersey. I specialize in providing nutrition counseling for individuals who have eating disorders and disordered eating. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

I believe in the medicinal value of food and focus my efforts on the inclusion verse the exclusion of foods. Although changing ones eating habits can be challenging, dietary changes should not cause stress or feelings of deprivation. Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.
