I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 13 years of experience in integrative nutrition to help you achieve your goals. Jaime Zavala is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Digestive Issues (Crohn's/Celiac's), PCOS, Thyroid, Pre/Post Natal, and Weight Management. Jaime is dedicated to helping her clients rediscover the joys of food through personalized nutrition therapy paired with intuitive eating frameworks, and mindfulness practices. She takes time to build strong relationships with her clients in order to understand their unique health needs, promote autonomy in creating health-related goals, and champion positive behavior change.

I am a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is transgender, queer, neurodivergent, and recovered from my own eating disorder. I work from a weight inclusivity and social justice stance in striving to respect humans living in different body shapes, sizes, ages, genders, abilities, nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. I have been trained and supervised by the Intuitive Eating founders, Elyse Resch and Evelyn Tribole, and received my Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor certification.
