I empower my clients to reach their health goals in a sustainable manner by helping them regain control, create sustainable change and develop a positive relationship with food. You won't find any crazy fad diets here and you definitely won't find me asking you to eat a crazy low number of calories. Nutrition is about being sustainable and developing health longevity. Demi is a registered dietitian who is dedicated to enhancing overall health and wellness. Specializing in aiding those with diabetes, gut health issues, PCOS, as well as renal and thyroid issues using a holistic approach. Beyond evaluating dietary practices, Demi considers lifestyle elements such as sleep, stress, and attitudes towards food. Combining nutritional expertise with empathy, she guides individuals towards improved health journeys. Recognizing the uniqueness of each path, Demi tailors personalized nutrition plans, targeting underlying health issues.

Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

Faith specializes in working with those interested in PCOS, IBS, GI Conditions, Infertility Nutrition, Low FODMAP, bariatrics, and more. She believes that food choices should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.

Kim's passion is working with adults and adolescents looking for support in their recovery journey from disordered eating, an eating disorder and those looking to improve their relationship with food. She also has specialized experience working with clients wanting to improve their diabetes control. Kim's approach is to assist the client in reaching their personal goals while providing a supportive, weight neutral and educational environment.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft helping clients whom have PCOS, interests in Pre/PostPartum nutrition, Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes, or Weight Management. I help clients to craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. By collaboratively designing small, impactful steps that preserve quality of life and promote personal choice, I help my clients achieve their goals from better blood sugar control to increased energy.

I have a dedication to aid my clients in their journeys out of their eating disorders and beyond the toxic diet culture that pervades our society. I have experience working with anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, OSFED, and disordered eating in ages 14+, and have a soft spot in my heart for teens and young adults. I work with clients who are ready for outpatient level of care including those recently discharged from residential treatment and/or those who are seeking help for the first time.

Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

Kates drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. I believe that qualified and unbiased nutrition care should be available to every individual, no matter their size, health barriers, or schedule. I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating.
