I started my career in clinical nutrition with a weight loss of over 70 lbs. Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. My sub-specialty is weight management (loss/gain) and heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, familial hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome).

Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.

Leslie combines her nutrition knowledge and passion with motivational support to help her clients make lifestyle changes. She works with her clients and other heath care professionals to help them understand and sort out fact from fiction in relation to nutrition. Hi, this is Jalpa Sheth, a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Health & Nutrition and special training in Adult Weight Management.
