I am a Massachusetts Chinese Medicine doc and Licensed Dietitian. I studied Functional Medicine before it became a buzzword 15+ years ago, although no longer use much expen$ive testing. I have a special interest in the areas of digestive issues such as bloating, gas, diarrhea, IBD, IBS, and reflux. I get outstanding results. I am also really good at using Chinese Medicine to successfully treat many gynecological issues such as heavy bleeding, menopausal symptoms, pain during periods, and irregular periods. In addition I have excellent results with autoimmune and other inflammatory diseases such as cardiovascular and diabetes.

Welcome to Nutrition Counseling of New England! Where I have the honor of working with individual clients, families, and worksites. I became a dietitian in 2013 because of a strong interest and passion for food. That passion for food started in my teens and ultimately fueled my decision to go to culinary school.
