Christi (she/her) became a registered dietitian in 2019. She studied dietetics and dance at Michigan State University and completed a master’s degree in applied nutrition at Russell Sage College. She has helped clients with diabetes, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular disease, mental health conditions, and weight goals in addition to having experience providing care for the LGBTQ+ community. Christi takes a holistic approach to nutrition counseling, considering multiple aspects of health and well-being when prescribing diet advice.

My goal is to help you improve your relationship with food & ditch the fad diets. My goal is to not only help my clients lose weight but also the skills you will need to maintain results you achieve by building a solid foundation of baseline habits that will serve you for the rest of your life.
