When I initially pursued a career in nutrition I was drawn to the idea that something as basic as food could have such a profound effect on health. Now my goal is to provide my clients with the most up-to-date nutrition advice backed by science, so they can feel empowered around food (even if they have a chronic disease). I was born and raised in north Florida and now reside in central Florida with my husband, son, and dog.

Hi there! I’m Hailey, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I am passionate about the power of food, from what it can do to prevent and treat disease to how it can bring people together. I have a diverse clinical background with over a decade of experience dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes live healthier lives. In my practice, I incorporate Intuitive Eating principles and view health through a HAES lens. No matter where you are on your journey my goal is to provide evidence-based education and support along the way.

Julia believes nutrition has the power to both heal and prevent illnesses. For this reason she has made it her mission to help others utilize nutrition to fuel themselves and live their best lives. Julia promotes individualized nutrition and prides herself on working one-on-one with clients to discover their individual needs.
