Carrie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them make healthy and sustainable diet changes that support their lifestyle. She believes that food should not only be used to nourish the mind and body, but should be positively enjoyed as well. Carrie takes pride in her extensive experience as an outpatient dietitian. Her active listening skills and knowledge gives her the insight to work closely with clients to create their own individual path to wellness. Carrie values learning about each individual and their story, and believes everyone deserves to feel healthy.

Rosemary is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one. She believes creating small changes over time will make a large difference - especially when it comes to nutrition! Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

Sara has been a Registered Dietitian since 2016. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for oncology patients. She works with patients prior to starting cancer treatment, during treatment, and for nutrition therapy after completing treatment. During her spare time, Sara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and hiking.

Liliana Aguilar is a bilingual licensed and registered dietitian in private practice who lectures and develops nutrition education seminars, provides medical nutrition therapy to patients, as well as referred individuals. Has served as a Dietitian on Staff for The YMCA, out patient dietitian for The Houston Area Community Services for 5+ years, Spring Branch Community Services and eight years as adjunct faculty in the science department at Houston Community College.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, PCOS, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. Muriel Doyle is a gifted educator and motivator. Her knack for identifying her clients' specific lifestyle challenges and creating a plan for successful improvement is one of her many strengths. She knows that education is only one of the many pillars for change. She understands the critical need to provide her clients with motivation and support using all available technology to be in contact with her clients beyond office visit. She uses HIPPAA compliant and user friendly computer and phone/i-pad app video conferencing and messaging to facilitate an ongoing support.
