At Refresh Nutrition I believe nutrition and diet have a big impact on our day to day. Food can be viewed as a negative part of someones life due to chronic illness, dieting or even misinformation. Teran has been a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in private practice since 1996. She specializes in a variety of counseling services for adults, adolescents and children including: eating disorders, weight and body image concerns, sports nutrition, general wellness, and nutrition therapy for a variety of nutrition-related diseases. Her desire is to offer compassion as well as experience to help individuals work towards a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
