I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, PCOS, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies. My nutrition expertise will help you sort out the truths and lies we read about nutrition. A relationship with food and eating is not meant to be so complicated and scary. Andrea Hinojosa is a Bilingual Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Nutritionist (LDN), and certified lactation counselor (CLC). She completed her bachelor’s at Dominican University and her master’s degree and dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago.
