Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

As a Clinical Nutritionist, I believe in client education and understanding the complex interrelationship between nutrition, biochemical functions, lifestyle, and environment to target disorders and promote whole-body function-such as sugar metabolism, GI health, Brain/mental health, Hormone functions, Immune system, and more. Use of a wide range of tools, including individualized lab tests, assessment, and identifying potential nutritional and lifestyle imbalances, and recognizing how these may contribute to one’s health concerns help to design personalized care plan-focusing “Health at Every Size” for a long-term solution.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Our genetic makeup is what makes us unique and is complex in nature. Originally learned as being but a factor that is completely out of our control, epigenetic research shows otherwise. What we now know through science is that factors from our environment such as diet, physical activity, sleep and stress, actually play a large role in the expression of our genes. While we can't entirely change what we are born with, healthy habits do in fact nurture healthy genes. In a nutshell, I'm here to challenge, support and guide you in rewiring your genes and taking direct control over your life.
