Uhling Consulting is a group of Registered Dietitians (RDs) that offer medical nutrition therapy/nutrition counseling. We offer a private setting for one-on-one nutrition counseling. Our RDs implement evidence-based practice, along with professional judgment, in order to achieve optimum care and positive nutrition and health outcomes.

Children are our future! For them to succeed, they have to first be healthy. As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, I have specialized in pediatric nutrition for over 30 years! I work with children and their families to learn how to make healthy food choices and keep their bodies healthy through nutrition and activity. I work with adolescents to help them develop a positive self image and confidence in making healthy food choices during this period of change. I work with young women/future mothers. Nutrition is the foundation of a healthy life - educating children & families about nutrition is my passion.

Thomas James Hellyer is a Registered Dietitian in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated with honors from Joan C. Edwards School Of Medicine, Marshall University. Having more than 10 years of diverse experience with a variety of medical conditions, Thomas affiliates with several hospitals and cooperates with many other doctors and specialists.

I believe in utilizing food as an essential and important ingredient for good health and using food as medicine. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the maze of nutrition information with the end goal of a lifetime of healthier habits. I have been a registered dietitian for 15 years specializing in eating disorders. Demi is a registered dietitian who is dedicated to enhancing overall health and wellness. Specializing in aiding those with diabetes, gut health issues, PCOS, as well as renal and thyroid issues using a holistic approach. Beyond evaluating dietary practices, Demi considers lifestyle elements such as sleep, stress, and attitudes towards food. Combining nutritional expertise with empathy, she guides individuals towards improved health journeys. Recognizing the uniqueness of each path, Demi tailors personalized nutrition plans, targeting underlying health issues.

My passion and nutrition related experience is in treating people who suffer from various types of eating disorders, addictions and other co-occurring disorders. I want to help clients establish a healthy relationship with food and their body in order to maintain long-term success in their recovery and how they view themselves.

Brina is originally from the Midwest; growing up in North Dakota and attending college at University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where she received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1995. After college graduation, she relocated to the Phoenix area to start her career as an RD. Brina specializes in eating disorders and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She also specializes in intuitive eating, sports nutrition, digestive issues and food allergies. Brina is a Health At Every Size RD and is here to help you heal your relationship with food and your body.

I specialize in treating the full spectrum of eating disorders in both adults and adolescents. I began my work at the residential treatment level of care working with both adult and adolescent eating disorder patients. I then widened my experience and furthered my skills by working in the outpatient setting. I again worked with adolescents and adults both with eating disorders and other medical conditions requiring medical nutrition therapy. Since that time I have worked as the lead dietitian at the residential treatment level of care treating adolescents with severe eating disorders.
