I am an eating disorder registered dietitian with a public health background and a passion for policy. I have dedicated my career to counseling and pursuing policy change around weight stigma and eating disorder care in Arizona. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and was certified and trained by Evelyn Tribole, one of the authors of Intuitive Eating. I enjoy working in partnership with my clients to help them heal their relationship with food, exercise, their bodies and by extension, themselves. I believe my clients possess the inner wisdom to heal and grow in recovery, and it is a true honor to help them find it.

My name is Heather M. Duquette-Wolf and I am the owner of HMD Nutrition. I have been in practice since 1999. I started out in medical nutrition therapy (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol...) and have expanded my areas of expertise to intestinal disorders, inflammatory disease and exercise nutrition. I have the utmost confidence that with my style of education and your motivation that we can eliminate most of your health issues, not just manage your weight! You will not be on a diet or feel deprived, I will teach you how to understand food and how it reacts in YOUR body.

That's why I offer nutrition treatment for eating disorder recovery exclusively via telehealth, so that you can receive help right from where YOUR life happens.
