I look at the "whole" person and all the reasons we struggle with taking the right steps towards better health. I received my Masters Degree in Psychology & Counseling from the University of Santa Monica. Certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC in 2004, in Health Coaching. Food as Medicine Conference faculty 2006-2008. Advanced training in Mind-Body-Skills. First Line Therapy Certified with Metagenics.
