Together, we will unlearn and let go of what diet culture may have taught you about worthiness based on body shape and size so you have more time and energy to connect with what you love and what is most important in your life. In session, I draw from training in Body Trust, Intuitive Eating, Internal Family Systems and trauma and somatically-informed care.
