Hi, I’m Cerina, a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that specializes in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and Wellness, along with coaching through behavior change. I’ve helped clients with a variety of health challenges including; a history of chronic dieting, fatigue and digestive issues (e.g., bloat, gas, etc.) and athletic performance. In my work with clients I help them to improve their relationship with food by deconstructing food cravings to increase their energy levels and focus, lose weight while also eating easy to prepare delicious foods. All this together to ultimately regain control over their health.
My approach is different from the conventional route. There is not a one-size-fits-all diet, each person is unique with highly individualized nutritional requirements. In bio-individuality, I recognize each individual body will differ in their nutritional needs as a result of their external and internal factors such as the foods we eat, our emotional
thoughts, lifestyle patterns, and our surrounding physical environment. Rather than focusing on specific diagnoses or symptoms, I take a holistic approach in identifying the root cause of the issue for a more personalized and comprehensive plan.Understanding this personalized systems-oriented approach, we'll work together to build a plan.
