At Southern Maryland Dietitian it is understood that one diet, meal plan, or program does not fit all. That is why all services are highly individualized. There are no pre- packaged programs. I am a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified LEAP Therapist and I am thriving with lipedema. I understand firsthand the challenges that can come with living in a larger body. I'm passionate about helping women find the support and guidance they need to manage their health and live their best lives. My approach to nutrition and weight loss is integrative and individualized. I work with my clients to create a personalized plan that takes into account their unique needs and goals. I also provide education and support to help them make sustainable changes to their lifestyle.
