I possess a diverse background in clinical, community, & sports nutrition settings. I specialize in working with eating disorders, disordered eating, & performance nutrition. I am passionate about a holistic and somatically attuned approach to cultivating a peaceful relationship with food, the body, & movement. I provide counseling & education from a weight-inclusive, non-diet perspective. I've worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. As a woman of color, I find fulfillment in helping those with marginalized identities. I feel a great sense of purpose working alongside people to help them build a strong mind-body connection.
I specialize in working with eating disorders, disordered eating and performance nutrition. I also have experience working with clients with diabetes, food allergies, GI complications (i.e. irritable bowel syndrome), PCOS, emotional eating, and substance abuse.
I provide nutrition counseling services, meal plans and meal planning, grocery store tours or grocery planning, meal support, and family sessions, if needed.
