Are you diabetic or trying to prevent diabetes or other chronic diseases? Do you suffer from an eating disorder? I currently work in doctors' offices and hospitals, keeping up-to-date on the latest research. I also accept Insurance and Medicare.
If you suffer from digestive problems, food allergies, previous or current cancer treatment or other health issues, I can support you as you Move to Wellness. I am also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). Telehealth sessions are available in addition to in persons sessions in my office located in Westchester (near LAX, the Westside and the South Bay. )

Whether you're trying to lose weight, gain better diabetes control, navigate food allergies, heal from an eating disorder or just need some support, I'm here for you. Let's Move to Wellness!
