My name is Kelsey, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and fellow celiac. I work with clients one on one, helping you navigate celiac disease and a gluten-free diet. Whether you have a new celiac diagnosis or an existing diagnosis, I help provide support in the areas that are most challenging for you.
I was diagnosed 14 years ago which led me to study Nutrition & Dietetics and become a Registered Dietitian. When I was diagnosed I felt lost and didn’t know where to start. Today, I help you get answers to all of your questions and support clients with the best resources and science-based information to navigate celiac nutrition and a GF diet.
Initial appointments are $99 and follow up appointments are $150. I currently offer a 20% discount when 3 or more follow ups are purchased in advance (this is non-refundable).
