Hi, I'm Cassidy! I am clinical nutritionist trained in integrative and functional health. I am passionate about working with individuals to support their physical and mental health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Many individuals come to me discouraged by their current healthcare, feeling frustrated, dismissed, or confused on what direction to take. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. What you eat can play a huge role in your health. It can also be very confusing to know exactly what to eat when you are inundated with so many different diets and eating styles in the media.
Integrative nutrition is so much more than just food – we will look at how lifestyle, movement, sleep, stress, may be affecting your health. Working from a functional nutrition perspective means there may be testing to get to the root of what is going on (micronutrient, hormone or stool testing, assessing your lab work) and/or supplementation.
