I am a integrative lifestyle medicine dietitian with over 30 years experience working in a major medical center providing evidence based nutrition therapy approaches. My expertise and passion is in the areas of digestive health, GI nutrition and I am a FODMAP trained dietitian (for IBS) from the Monash University. I provide medical nutrition therapy for IBS, Crohns disease, inflammatory bowel conditions. In addition, I provide medical nutrition therapy for chronic health issues such as, diabetes, weight management, women's health issues, obesity, heart disease, high cholesterol, healthy aging, cancer and autoimmune disorders.
My goal is to provide compassionate patient-centered medical nutrition therapy, support and guidance to you as your nutrition coach. I strive to empower my clients to create a healthier lifestyle by providing them with a quality individualized nutrition plan to prevent and treat disease. I completed the Monash University 'Low Fodmap Diet for IBS' online training course for health professionals. This online program has a focus on how to safely and effectively implement a low FODMAP diet in clinical practice with patients.
