I’m a dietitian and doula, and I love working with pregnant women to minimize unwanted pregnancy symptoms, simplify prenatal nutrition, and optimize their diet with healthy and flavorful whole foods. Unlike the traditional medical model that inadequately addresses diet and lifestyle during pregnancy, and often rushes women through with more questions than answers, I use an integrative approach to treat the individual with whole foods, quality supplements, and evidence-based tools.
I provide convenient tele-health, weekly email support, comprehensive health overview, at-home functional lab testing, customized whole food nutrition plan, 28-day meal plan with grocery lists and recipes, recommendations to reduce or eliminate unwanted symptoms, weekly mindfulness strategies, stress management tools, and direct messaging anytime.
