I focus on the maternal diet during pregnancy and the infant diet to prevent food allergies and other allergic diseases. I understand how frustrating and confusing lack of information and conflicting information can be. I have studied the role of nutrition in allergy prevention the past 20 years and I look forward to sharing that information with you.
