About
As a Registered Dietitian, I aim to leverage people’s unique identity, perspective, and personal experience to facilitate healing and cultivate an intuitive relationship with their bodies and nourishment. I view my work with clients as a collective venture—no one should have to do it alone. I'm dedicated to supporting people's exploration of new ideas as well as their internal wisdom. My practice, which is weight inclusive and aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES), is a good fit for people experiencing stress related to eating and/or body image.
My experience spans adults, teens, children, and families in recovery from eating disorders and dysfunctional relationships with food and body. Rather than focusing on what's WRONG with people, my practice focuses on what WORKS for people.
I am located in Colorado, however I can see clients virtually in CO, NY, CA, VA, AZ, MI, WY, and IL. Regardless of location, I'm invested in creating a safe space and where I can work alongside you and provide evidence-based, equitable care. Schedule a free 15-minute consult to learn more.
