How do we reach our health and fitness goals in a way that is life giving rather than limiting? How we can use food as a tool to enhance our lives without becoming a slave to diets? I believe the answer is different for everyone, and simpler than the world tries to sell us. My business, Beyond Health and Nutrition LLC, was started with the belief that a balanced approach to health can lead to abundance in life.
My education is in nutrition & dietetics with an emphasis on whole foods, natural medicine, and sports nutrition. I have experience working as an outpatient dietitian in endocrine, maternal fetal medicine, and weight management. I have also worked with adults and adolescents in eating disorder treatment at various levels of care.
