Working in hospitals and my own private practice, I use evidence-based practices in Diabetes Care, Gestational Diabetes, Post Acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing and Renal Care. In addition to the science of nutrition, I am an expert on foods of different palates and ethnicities. I am a specialist in vegan, vegetarian and diets related to food intolerances.
