It might not seem like it, but no longer than a decade ago I was right where you were- thinking about reaching out for help. I felt lost, hopeless and was sure that I had hit rock bottom. I spent the majority of my days obsessing about food, weight and struggling with painful body image days. I was convinced that "professionals" would never really understand my inner conflicts. I wanted to change so badly, and yet I was terrified of changing my relationship with food and exercise. Somewhere, I knew deep in my bones that it was truly time for me to surrender fully to doing the work to heal my relationship with food.
I committed myself to doing things differently. I went to school to become a Dietitian. did the work in my healing journey and now I'm here- to show you that you too can find recovery. I will work with you every step of the way to navigate the fears & challenges that a challenging relationship with food can bring, no matter where you are at.
