I’m a virtual registered dietitian here to help you find food & body freedom so that you can feel your best (without feeling obsessed). I work from a mindfulness and non-diet approach. We'll focus on health behaviors & your relationship with food to help you navigate building a more sustainable and healthy relationship with food and your body. I'll help you sift through the confusing and conflicting information about nutrition and health to tune in to what your body actually needs and wants.
