Welcome to Naz Maduro Nutrition. We are a bilingual office that teaches people how to use food as medicine through individualized nutritional counseling. Our dietitian-nutritionist is Nazirber Maduro is also a diabetes care specialist. Nazirber provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, prediabetes, diabetes, allergies, and gastrointestinal and food intolerances.

Leddy is a Spanish-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with extensive experience in both pediatric and geriatric nutrition counseling for feeding disorders, diabetes, heart health, and weight management. Leddy provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, prediabetes, diabetes, allergies, and gastrointestinal and food intolerances.

Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. After working with Kelsey, you will have a clear understanding on how to reach your nutrition goals.

The goal is to empower my clients with the nutrition basics of managing their health goals and/or conditions. The coming together of knowledge and action is the key to inspiring change. This is best accomplished one behavior at a time. At the first session, we establish personal goals and useful tools. During following sessions, we review previous food and activity logs. Then we discuss 1-2 practical actions that contribute to the desired health goals established.

My focus areas are building health, and chronic diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia). I worked in the field of nutrition and dietetics since 1999, conducted nutrition education at several community based organizations, Senior Citizen Centers, and other places. I understand the struggle to maintain consistency in eating balanced meals, and dealing with a chronic condition.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

You are my client if you are motivated to make a change for yourself. Are you all in? I give you what you need to be successful in your body composition goals, performance goals, and general health goals. This is anything but the quick fix. I mean that. I'm not a fad diet or a meal plan. After working together I want you to tell me, "I don't need you anymore". When you are able to say those words you will feel liberated and in control of your life. Nutrition doesn't need to be as hard as it's been made out to be. I'll help you silence the noise and focus on what will support you personally.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Recognizing that nutrition is a key lifestyle risk factor for chronic diseases, she strives to empower clients to make informed decisions for optimal nutrition, helping them feel their best.

Brooklyn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Science degrees from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. During nutrition counseling sessions with Brooklyn, you can expect to feel fully heard and motivated to reach your unique nutritional goals.

Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College. She believes no food is off limits, but rather there is room in your diet for all of your favorites. Simply put: eat better, feel better, live better. Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.

Stephanie’s practice centers around evidence-based nutrition support for complex physical and mental health conditions provided in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. She combines >10 years of academic experience in nutrition–including a PhD from Cornell + research at Harvard and Tufts–with her personal passion for providing practical support to diverse patient populations. Specialties include mental health, eating disorders / disordered eating, GI and digestive diseases, food preferences and allergies including Celiac, weight neutral care, liver health, POTS, and RED-S, and other chronic health conditions.

I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. I worked over 10 years in an ICU until realizing her passion was preventative medicine and helping people get and stay healthy. We all deserve to feel our best and sometimes we need to peel away layers to get there. Every body is different, I work with you on your individual needs and goals to get you to optimal health.

She is passionate about helping others reach their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while understanding there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.
